As you can see at the mine, there is a statue of Herbert plugged into the ground now! It tells you in Herbert's revenge why this happens, but you can read the reason below if you want to by clicking 'show':
At the end of herbert's revenge, at the end of the game Herbert puts a huge magnifined glass on the highest hill to make the island warm, and it makes a huge hole in the island. There is a huge geyser in the hole, and the island starts tipping and sinking. So, you put penguins in certian places to keep the island from tipping, and you put floaties on the bottom of the island. Then you get herbert to help you by telling him that if he doesn't then you will not help him, because herbert can't swim. Once you get him to help you he drops his huge statue into the Gyser and stop Herbert once and for all.
